A permanent positive charge has been placed on these microscope slides. Therefore they attract electrostatically fresh frozen tissue section and cytology preparations, binding them to the slides. Recommended for anatomic and molecular pathology laboratories. The microscope slides have proven to be superior for cell adhesion in cytocentrifuge preparations in standard Papanicolaou smears.
