Controlled rate freezer for research into the cryopreservation of a wide range of materials, including embryos, stem cells, mammalian cells, spermatozoa, antibodies, tissue sections and rodent organs. Suitable for use in cleanrooms and barrier facilities. The freezing and thawing rate (10 °C/min) is precisely controlled to ensure accuracy and reproducibility throughout the freezing and thawing profile, especially for the nucleation and seeding phase. This enables optimum recovery of cells during thawing.

• Optional available is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for completing the running cycle if power fails
