Screw pumps VACUU·PURE^® 10C

Powerful vacuum pumps for dry and hydrocarbon-free operation. Due to their unique operating principle, they generate ultra-pure vacuum as well as contamination-free exhaust air and work abrasion-free. They have been specially developed for processes down to the 10-3 mbar range, but can also be used without any problems at working pressures above 1 mbar.

The chemical-resistant version VACUU·PURE^® 10C is protected against corrosion due to chemically resistant polymers on all wetted parts. A thick-walled PEEK encapsulation protects the spindles and stator inside the pumping chamber, providing high chemical resistance. An integrated sealing gas supply prevents the bearings from chemical attack. Due to the design-related high condensate compatibility, no gas ballast is required, even with high vapor loads.
