Temperature brake for temperature probes

For homogeneous temperature measurement in refrigerators and freezers. The external temperature probe of the thermometer is fixed precisely in the holes and measures the temperature of the reference body. Temperature fluctuations due to frequent, brief opening of the door and the associated false alarms are thus avoided.
