Rapid couplings with hose nozzles / Bürkle

Top quality, proven reliability, low space requirements, maximum flow, easy handling (one-handed operation) and an attractive design characterise the quick-release couplings. They fulfil the highest requirements.

Thanks to the secure O-ring seal, the quick-release couplings are guaranteed to be leak-proof. All couplings (female part) and nipples (male part) can be inserted into each other within the same flow size. Spring/locking mechanism: V4A stainless steel.

Body POM:

-Gasket (standard): Buna-N

-Operating pressure at 20 °C: from vacuum to 10 bar

-Operating temperature: -40 °C to +80 °C

Body PP:

-Seal (standard): EPDM

-Operating pressure at 20 °C: up to 8 bar

-Operating temperature: 0 °C to +110 °C

Rapid couplings are the ideal when connecting and separating hoses, machines, apparatus, containers, etc.

Application for version with valve

-The couplings are simply plugged together, engaging automatically and opening the valves.

-When decoupling (one-handed operation), the valves close automatically, preventing leakage.
