Ultra-Micro dialysers QuikPrep^® Ultra-Micro DispoDialyzer

Disposable dialyser for processing extremely small samples from 1 to 5 µl. Dialysis is performed in a microcentrifuge tube. Each Ultra-micro dialyser includes two 1.5 ml microcentrifuge collection tubes with lids. After dialysis, the sample can either be removed with a pipette or the dialyser can be inserted into a new microcentrifuge collection tube and briefly centrifuged (500 to 2000 rpm for 1 to 2 seconds). Ideal for buffer exchange, detergent removal, sample concentration for HPLC/HPCE, and purification of proteins, DNA and RNA.
