Pure water system Barnstead™ LabTower™ TII

The direct path from tap water to pure water (1-10 MOhm) according to ASTM Type II. Laboratory water supply for a demand of up to 200 litres/day. The Thermo Scientific Barnstead LabTower TII is a modular pure water system. By combining various treatment technologies such as pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchanger and optional UV lamp, the LabTower TII produces pure water that exceeds even the highest quality standards such as ASTM II, CAP, ISO 3696, CLSI. A state-of-the-art microprocessor control, the 100 litre pure water tank with residual emptying, a pressure pump and tank recirculation are already standard features of the device. Mounted on castors, the compact and stylish LabTower TII is the ideal pure water supply for any laboratory. All LabTower TII systems are supplied for immediate use with: RO pre-treatment filter (5 µm filter and hardness stabilisation), RO membrane, ion exchanger, UV lamp (TII UV), 0.2 µm final filter, integrated 100 litre tank and pressure reducer.


-Pure water withdrawal directly from the system via the dispensing valve, e.g. for calibration solutions, reagent preparations, filling containers, general rinsing purposes, etc.
-Water withdrawal from the tank, e.g. for autoclaves, dishwashers, ultrapure water systems, water baths and sterilised also for incubators
-The tank is equipped with a tank volume display in percent, a conical bottom drain for 100% residual emptying. Optional expansion options such as a sterile overflow, sterile aeration, UV disinfection unit with 254 nm protect against decontamination and bacterial growth
-Individual adjustment of the volume stored in the tank via the control unit Laboratory-grade monitoring and documentation is made possible not only by our high-precision, temperature-compensated conductivity monitoring in accordance with USP 30 (645) with exact temperature display, but also by a potential-free contact and an RS-232 interface with connection option for an external data printer. Validation and qualification documents are optionally available
-Optional manual dispenser with 3 m flexible circulation line for remote dispensing of water. Kit includes a 0.2 µm final filter
