Cyanopropyl modified silica phase for SPE

Base material silica, pore size 60Å, particle size 45µm, specific surface 500m²/g, pH stability 2-8, cyanopropyl phase, carbon content 5.5%, polar to mid-polar. In addition to weak hydrophobic interactions selective interactions are possible due to the high electron density of the CN group.

Recommended application: cyclosporins, carbohydrates.
